About Me

I'm a yoga therapist based in Cheshire and Online. I work with women managing anxiety, stress and burnout… helping those who feel disconnected feel more like themselves again, in your body and out of it.

I'm also a yoga teacher (vinyasa, mandala, yin, and yoga nidra), a reiki & reflexology practitioner and I run yoga retreats each year. Whatever the format, the goal is the same: helping people reconnect with themselves and find more ease in daily life.

I started practising yoga over a decade ago - mostly for posture and fitness. I stayed because of what it did for my mental health, and honestly, for who it made me become. In 2018 I trained as a yoga teacher to go deeper into the practice, and I've been hooked on the science (and the magic) of it ever since!

With clients and students, I'm warm, light-hearted, and direct. My yoga therapy sessions are built around you - somewhere you can show up as you are and leave with tools you'll actually use, on and off the mat. In group classes, I lead with a focus on experience, experimentation, and intuition, encouraging you to make the practice your own.

She is a knowledgable teacher who adapts her teaching to the needs of the students - making suggestions for changes or alternatives if poses aren't accessible, or if she feels that more could be possible. Her mandala practice is very special, but I also enjoy vinyasa with her. I have also attended two excellent solstace workshops. I always look forward to her classes, and come away refreshed - in body and mind.

Stephanie was incredibly empathic, understanding and non-judgmental during our sessions. She listened intently to my needs and provided and adapted my practice accordingly. She always explained why we were doing certain movements and their benefits. She allowed space for my opinions in what we were doing and checked in with me along the way to ensure I was comfortable and whether I wanted to change anything. After going to Steph’s Vinyasa Yoga classes every week I wouldn’t ever miss one! It’s become part of my weekly routine and is something I always look forward to. Steph is so good at explaining each move and pose – as I was a bit of a newbie when I started she was a great teacher to begin my yoga journey - Very easy to follow and her classes always make me feel like I’ve had a proper workout and I leave feeling relaxed and calm every time. Steph is so lovely and down to earth and is always happy to help with any areas you are having trouble with or you want to focus on. I definitely recommend her classes. Thank you for the yoga classes Steph! I’d be knocking on the door every day for your time if only I lived closer!

I would highly recommend Steph’s yoga classes, I feel welcomed and calm the second I walk into class and see her big smile! I can immediately get in the zone on the mat with encouraging direction and guidance from Steph (and she always has the best playlists).

Sometimes it just works with a teacher, she’s a goodun! Great to read me and to push me further into my yoga practise! I always feel like I have achieved so much after a Steph class! Looking forward to the next one

Yoga is an important part of my week and something I wouldn’t do without and I believe It’s super key to find teachers that you resonate with. That’s why I truly enjoy yoga with Steph. 

Her classes are well thought through providing variety, challenges and an underpinning theme which is great. The offering of both Yin and flow classes is a great option to have from one teacher. 

Steph is very approachable and has really helped develop my yoga practise and I thoroughly recommend.

Steph is a welcoming, friendly and inspiring teacher (and a genuinely lovely person - an important trait in any yoga teacher!) Steph’s down-to-earth teaching style makes yoga accessible for everyone. I joined her class about a year after having my first child. I didn’t feel particularly confident, but Steph soon put my mind at ease and soon her classes became one of the highlights of my week - a great way for me to relax and feel strong in my body. I’m now expecting my second baby and taking weekly pregnancy classes with Steph. As always, I leave her classes feeling super relaxed, but also that I’ve had a gentle work out. I would recommend Steph to anyone looking for accessible, relaxing and restorative yoga classes.

Great class for beginners, I’m a complete novice.  I find Steph’s class really easy to follow along,  she is very calm and patient and makes you feel totally at ease.

Fantastic Tuesday beginner class. Having very little experience with yoga (and not being the most flexible) I wasn't sure what to expect but the class is brilliant. Steph introduces and explains the poses well, gives direction and shows ways to get the most out of the moves. Everything is at a good pace for someone just starting out. I don't feel confused or overwhelmed but feel like I have worked by the end. Always leave with a feeling of calm and peacefulness. Thank you.
