It is a holistic and individualised blending the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern therapeutic practices. It’s not just about physical postures—it’s about addressing the whole person as a non dual entity - body, mind, and spirit.
In a 121 yoga therapy session, we work together to assess your personal goals and together create a home practice that supports your health and wellbeing. Whether you’re managing stress, chronic pain, emotional imbalances, or seeking spiritual growth, yoga therapy uses tools like asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindfulness to help you restore balance and feel better.

Yoga Therapy Rates
We can have the private session at mine or your house if local to Macclesfield/South Manchester, or we can work together online from anywhere! To start with I would recommend booking in at least 3 sessions once a week/fortnight so that we can build on your goals and ensure your home practice is just right for your life at this present moment.
My rates are as follows:
Online
£65 - Initial 90 minute session, including posture, breath and movement assessments
£50 - all following 60 min sessions
If booking 3 sessions together - £155 one initial 90 minute plus 2 follow up 60 minute sessions or £135 for 3 60 minute follow up sessions.
In person (Cheshire East and South Manchester)
£75 - 1st 90 minute session, including posture, breath and movement assessments.
£60 - all following 60 min sessions
If booking 3 sessions together - £175 one initial 90 minute plus 2 follow up 60 minute sessions or £155 for 3 60 minute follow up sessions.
